Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for cars and excellent sales skills to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Duties: - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget - Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to potential buyers - Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers - Collaborate with sales support team to ensure smooth sales process - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions - Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into sales - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Experience: - Proven track record in automotive sales or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems - Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers - Knowledge of inventory control processes and procedures - Bilingual skills (preferred but not required) - Familiarity with retail math calculations - Experience in managing the sales pipeline and closing deals - Previous experience in sales management (preferred but not required) We offer competitive compensation, including commission-based earnings, along with comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
